Through my analysis I understand the conventions of a thriller to be simple and clear hi-tec fonts looking fonts, some action in the first two miniutes possably a shot fired. Also somtimes servalance type footage is used.
Through my target audiance research I have found that the most popular film genre is thriller and that people perfer the conventions of a block buster film rather than an independent film. Also the most common age was 16 so my film should fit the conventions of a 15 certificate film. my target audiance will me males aged 15-50.
Therefore I plan to meet the following conventions buy using the same conventions of face off and phone booth.
However I plan to chalange the conventions by using some from other genres of film.
